Overview

The 2 projects were awarded by the Ministry of Education in Libya in line with an investment in Primary science facilities. In 2007 Findel Projects, in partnership with Eduteq, supplied Primary Physics, Chemistry and Biology equipment for laboratories in 34 schools in Libya. Following this, again in partnership with Eduteq, Findel Projects is supplying 536 schools in 2008. The preliminary stage will see equipment for 366 schools supplied to 5 Libyan companies and the remainder will be supplied by the end of the year.

Solution

Findel Projects has a strong heritage in delivering Science projects from concept to completion and utilised the heritage of its educational brand Philip Harris, which has been delivering innovative science solutions for 191 years, to deliver a complete solution to 570 schools in Libya.

Findel Projects tailor bespoke solutions to each customer's individual needs and for this project we used not only the broad spectrum of resources within the Philip Harris brand, but also globally sourced equipment to provide a total laboratory solution for Primary Physics, Chemistry and Biology. In total, we supplied 236 40ft containers to the Libyan schools.
