Covering an area of over 12,900 sq.m. The Cork School of Music will be the first purpose built building of its kind in Ireland, consisting of specialist tuition areas, rehearsal hall, live recording studio, drama suite and lecture rooms.
The school was the first educational PPP project undertaken by the Irish Government.
The school will include the most advanced IT, communication and specialist audio systems integrated together to form a world class environment for audio teaching and learning. It will initially accommodate 400 full time students and 2000 part time students.

Working in partnership with Hochtief, the Findel Education Projects team provided a complete solution for the fixtures, fittings and equipment for the school, from specialist furniture to complex Audio Visual equipment to whiteboards and restaurant furniture.
